(More customer reviews)going on 6 hours to install. brings back memories of trying to install vista. horrible interface and touchy with other programs already on the computer and unrelated to nortons products. install somehow deleted drivers for my dvd/cd-rom drive and cause a whole other online scavenger hunt to track them down. the online helpdesk from symantec does not function and brings back error messages when trying to get assistance and the phone number is an endless cycle of press random numbers to go to random offices only to be disconnected or left on hold endlessly. if i could kill with a thought, symantec staffers would be dead right now.
