(More customer reviews)Having tried multiple parental filters on the PC, including the standard ones that came with the OS, I can say I was pleasantly surprised. I believe this is one of the only filters for the Mac, except for the Parental Controls apple includes free. How does it compare to the apple parental controls? Only played with the OS included one for a couple minutes, but was immediately turned off at how sparse it is. Net Nanny includes a ton more features - and not just fancy pants features that aren't necessary... the features it includes are necessary to protect your kids. It works with all chat programs, has anti-predator mode, redirects to family friendly pages, etc.
Anyway, I've been using net nanny for almost a year now and have been very pleased.
