(More customer reviews)I have now had Norton 2009 Antivirus on my computer for several weeks, and several strange things have been happening. I'm not sure if they are related or merely coincindental. I have used Norton products for years and not had these problems before. The problems I've encountered are these:
My computer has not been able to shut down.
I've received messages that my virus definitions were out of date, and when I try to manually update, the "attention, fix now" messages don't go away.
But today I did get into a chat with a technician, who took control of my computer remotely, and he says he fixed the problems. So, if that's true, that is pretty great.
So, we will see in time if the problem is really solved.
