(More customer reviews)BESR is a solid product. I've used this and Acronis TrueImage and always preferred this one for it's ease of use. However, one major improvement to the product would be the ability to exclude certain folders or files when taking an image partition of drive which TrueImage provides. 2010 still does not have this. That way, you can greatly reduce the image file size by excluding all the documents, photos, and other stuff you really don't want when you are just trying to capture a partition of drive. This feature needs to added to BESR to really compete with TrueImage and give users more flexibility in how and what they wish to backup. For that, you only receive 4 stars.
