(More customer reviews)Symantec screwed up my system. I have Cyber Sitter to filter the internet for my kids and Symantec defined them as a virus. The results was that my internet connection was killed and I have spent 3 days attempting to repair the damage. Their tech support blames me for the problem because I was using their automated update system for virus updates. Their solution was going to take another 3 hours to attempt. I downloaded trial versions of McAfee and CA and they have no problems. This was the third time that Norton has messed up their virus definitions resulting in major problems for their customers, of which I am no longer one. Take a few minutes to Google these problems, you should get about a million hits. If you want to spend money to get abused by tech support and have system crashes please feel free to purchase this product.
